THE LANGUAGE OF THE STONE
Orileva reads malachite through the language of growth, transformation, and becoming. A hand-set inlay of natural malachite pieces gives those words a form you can see, touch, and return to.
NO TWO ALIKE
Malachite varies in color and pattern, while the placement of each natural piece changes from one hand-set inlay to the next. Each cover becomes a distinct companion for the page.
THE OBJECT, IN YOUR HANDS
Full-grain leather gives Verdant a tactile cover that gathers touch and use. The malachite inlay is arranged and set by hand within the cover as part of its structure, rather than applied as surface decoration. Hand-finished binding and premium ivory paper make the journal substantial enough to use, mark, and keep.
The hand-set malachite inlay in your journal will vary in color, pattern, and arrangement; individual pieces cannot be selected in advance. Natural leather may also show slight variations in color and grain from one batch to another.
